Have a question about loan offers, the application flow, or how EdisonPersonalLoan works? Send a message and get guidance before you start or while you compare lenders.
We respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Check your email inbox for offer details and next steps. Lenders communicate directly via the email you provided.
Start a New ApplicationNo. EdisonPersonalLoan is a loan-matching service (also called a lead aggregator or marketplace). We connect borrowers with a network of licensed lenders. We do not lend money directly, make credit decisions, or set loan terms. Your actual loan will be issued by one of our partner lenders.
Once you submit an application and are matched with a lender, all further communication (including application status, approval decision, and funding updates) happens directly between you and that lender. Check your email — including spam/junk folders — for messages from the lender.
Once submitted, your application is shared with our lender network. If you need to correct information, please contact the specific lender you were matched with. You can also start a fresh application at any time through our Apply page.
To request deletion of your personal information from our systems, email us at privacy@edisonpersonalloan.org with your full name and the email address used in your application. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We only send emails from @edisonpersonalloan.org addresses. If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links or provide personal information. Forward it to security@edisonpersonalloan.org and delete the original.
Start with a soft-pull request when you're ready, or use this page to get answers first if anything in the process is unclear.
The contact page should help Edison and New Jersey borrowers solve a problem quickly. Whether you need help with an application, want to report a suspicious email, or need a privacy request handled, sending the right details will speed up the response.
If you already submitted a loan request and were matched with a lender, status updates, document requests, approvals, and funding timelines usually come from that lender directly. Include the email address and phone number used on your application so support can point you to the right next step.
For deletion, correction, or privacy-related questions, include your full name, the email used in your inquiry, and a short description of the request. That helps support verify your identity and process requests more efficiently under applicable privacy rules.
If a message claims to be from EdisonPersonalLoan but asks for unusual information, avoid clicking links until you verify the sender. Forward suspicious messages to the support team so they can review the domain, links, and sender details before you respond.
New Jersey borrowers can review lender rules under the UCCC, submit complaints through the CFPB, or contact the New Jersey Attorney General. If your issue involves a lender's license, the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance is the right place to verify registration and oversight.
